The Inuit word ‘iglu’ means house or habitation. It is generally associated with a structure that is made out of compacted snow bricks. The bricks of this igloo are not made from the decreasing supply of Arctic ice, but rather from the increasing supply of empty plastic water bottles. This igloo has not been made to shelter from the arctic wind and snow, instead it encourages viewers to see the world in a different way through small apertures in each of the bottles.
